Philip Francis brings an excellent collegiate career and one of the best junior careers in recent memory to the professional ranks. Francis won the Callaway Junior World tournament for four consecutive years from 1999-2002. He won the Doral Junior Publinks twice, the 2006 U.S. Junior Amateur, was voted the 2006 AJGA Player of the Year and was ranked No.1 among U.S. junior players for 65 straight weeks.
 
Philip was home-schooled for his final two years of high school and began his college career at UCLA, where the Bruins won the 2008 NCAA title during his freshman year. He transferred to Arizona State in 2009 to be closer to home and while still in college he played in both the John Deere Classic and the Phoenix Open. Philip lists winning four Callaway Junior World events as his biggest thrill.
